Spring is now in full swing! We could not be more excited to welcome you all to the Village this April for some of our incredible events during the spring season. Whether you are looking for a night full of dancing, a day full of shopping or an evening of blues, we’ve got you covered with some of our favorite events this season. We look forward to welcoming you to Freshfields Village!

Shag Night on the Dock
Get your dancing shoes on! Every Tuesday in April, we are hosting a night full of shagging on the dock alongside Doin’ the Charleston. This is open to all skill levels, so be sure to come and dance the night away whether you are a shagging pro or new to the area and want to learn the basic steps! Happening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Spring Music on the Green
Be sure to attend a special Music on the Green concert on Friday, April 15th, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The complimentary, outdoor concert will feature The Andy Masker Band on the Village Green. We encourage you to bring chairs and blankets. Read more here!

Cars & Coffee
On Saturday, April 16th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, we will be hosting our locals’ favorite Cars & Coffee event! Arrive in your favorite car or stop by to view some of our area’s most unique, antique and cool cars! Beverage and breakfast will be available for purchase at Java Java. Read more here!
Sidewalk Saturday
Stay after our monthly Cars & Coffee event on Saturday, April 16th, to enjoy Sidewalk Saturday! This event will be happening from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and features sidewalk sales, new merchandise, gifts with purchase, in-store events and more at participating retailers and restaurants. This is the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air and retail therapy! Read more here!
Blues by the Sea
What better place is there to enjoy a night full of Blues by the Sea? On Sunday, April 24th, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, enjoy some beautiful blues at Freshfields Village. This is the perfect way to kick off a great week! Read more here!

Spring Into Freshfields: A Trend Guide

It’s time to spring into the season at Freshfields Village! We have the five latest and greatest trends to get your wardrobe ready for the warmer days ahead. All you have to do is head on over to the Village this month with friends or family and get shopping!
We are also hosting some exciting events to get you in the spring spirit at the Village this month! Stop by Kiawah Spirits every Friday and Saturday for a little Spirit Tasting. And don’t forget to visit us for Cars & Coffee and Sidewalk Saturday on the third Saturday of the month to enjoy antique cars and retail therapy. We can’t wait to welcome the season in with you!

In honor of the Charleston Wine + Food Festival this month, we are celebrating all of the fantastic food and beverage options we have at Freshfields Village! So whether you’re a hungry local looking for a bite to eat or a visitor who wants to continue their food tour after the festival, the Village is the place to be!

Satisfy your food and drink cravings with a stop at Cantina 76. Offering a simple yet diverse menu of fresh and affordable Mexican-inspired fare and beverages, Cantina 76 specializes in creative, award-winning à la carte tacos and signature margaritas in a casual, high-energy atmosphere. Some favorite guest items include the Cantina Margarita and the Peruvian shrimp taco!
Did someone scream ice cream? Then, head over to Ben & Jerry’s in the village for a scoop (or two) of your favorite flavor on top of their signature waffle cone! Your eyes and stomach won’t be disappointed!
FortyEight — Wine Bar & Kitchen
