Thank you for choosing Freshfields Village as your destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Freshfields Village and the associated parking lots and roads are private property. In order to maximize the enjoyment, convenience, and safety of our guests we ask everyone to conduct themselves in a respectful way in accordance with this Code of Conduct along with all laws and local ordinances.
What are the hours of operation?
The Freshfields Village Management Office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
The restaurants, shops and services located in Freshfields Village have varying hours, which may change seasonally. Please refer to our Directory to find the hours of operation for specific businesses.
Where should I park?
There is ample free parking throughout Freshfields Village for your convenience. There is a large parking lot next to The Village Market by Harris Teeter. Parking spaces are also available along the streets and behind all buildings.
Is the Village pet-friendly?
Freshfields Village is a pet-friendly community and we welcome well-behaved, leashed pets throughout the Village. Retailers and restaurant patios that are pet-friendly are designated with branded decals in the front windows. For the enjoyment of all businesses and guests, pet owners are encouraged to review our guidelines before bringing pets to the Village.
Where are the nearest public restrooms?
There are two public restrooms with baby changing facilities in Freshfields Village. One is located in the Courtyard, behind Java Java and Indigo Books and the second is located on the second floor above SeaCoast Sports and Outfitters (accessible by stairs and elevator). A third public restroom is located between Tommy Bahama and Cantina 76.
Is the shopping center accessible?
Freshfields Village is accessible to everyone and compliant with The Americans with Disabilities Act. Elevators are available in all two-story buildings.
