There are two public restrooms with baby changing facilities in Freshfields Village. One is in the Courtyard, behind Java Java and Indigo Books, and the other is located on the second floor above SeaCoast Sports and Outfitters (accessible by stairs and elevator). A third public restroom is located between lululemon and Cantina 76.
