Each wine we select is carefully paired with interesting and unique dishes handcrafted and created by our Chef. Arrive at 6:00 pm for a reception including our cheese & charcuterie, paired with our reception wine. At 6:30 pm, our host from Silver Oak Winery will walk you through the background and history of Silver Oak along with the wines you’ll be tasting. Our host will join you for table visits for any additional questions you may have about the wines.
