Welcome the New Year by balancing your chakras, the subtle centers of energy within the body. Discover what the chakras are as we flow through poses designed to target and balance each one. Crystals will support us on our journey as they cleanse, balance, and align the chakras, promoting harmony within our subtle bodies.
This is an all-levels class. All participants will receive a chakra crystal set to take home after class!
The workshop is $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
