Join Freshfields Village for the annual Dogtoberfest on Saturday, October 23 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Lakeside Park. Guests are invited to bring their furry friends to the Village for a pet expo to benefit local rescue organizations. The Pet Expo is free and family friendly with activities including an adoptable meet & greet with local rescue groups, pet vendors, pet costume contest and music. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on participating restaurant patios.
A special Blessing of the Animals will take place at 2:45 pm followed by the pet costume contest at 3:00 pm! Stop by the Salt Marsh Animal Hospital booth for Bobbing for Biscuits, Owner Look-a-Like Contest, and Soft Pretzel Decorating Station for kids. In addition, kids can enjoy complimentary, creative balloon twisting.
