Join Longevity Pilates Kiawah for a 55-minute Mat Pilates pop-up class on the green on Sunday, October 19th at 10am.
This class combines classical and contemporary Pilates to deliver all-encompassing mindful movement. With an emphasis on form, proprioception and breathwork, this workout incorporates core activation, dynamic mobility and overall strength and stability. Great for all levels, although some Pilates experience is recommended. Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.
