Bring kids, ages 3 – 10, to shake out those elf wiggles, follow a magical storybook journey to the North Pole, play rockin’ reindeer games and SO much more. STUDIO 33’s talented Kid’s Yoga Instructor, Courtney Greider, creates an imaginative yoga experience filled with encouragement and kindness that leaves little yogis feeling lifted, calm and confident.
