Both yoga and healing crystals have the ability to bring about meaningful energetic shifts in our mind, body, and spirit. In this class, we’ll explore the movement of energy with poses and sequences designed to open the chakras, the use of breathwork, and the vibrations of healing crystals. Our goal is to discover the physical and spiritual lightness that come from intentional movement. All students will receive a crystal to take home to continue the energetic connection.
