In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare a creamy risotto from scratch. We’ll focus on building flavor, perfecting texture, and incorporating fresh summer vegetables for a bright, seasonal dish. We’ll pair finished risotto with shrimp and a simple, flavorful sauce to create a complete, restaurant-worthy meal.

Please note: all class purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class may receive a credit in the form of a Café Eugenia gift card for the ticket price excluding processing fees.
